Regional Airports
Three major airports connect the Bay Area to destinations across the country and around the world.

Oakland International Airport (OAK) is the closest airport to Berkeley and serves mostly domestic flights with a few international destinations. The airport is connected to the Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART) via bus. Taking BART to the Downtown Berkeley stop will leave you approximately eight blocks from the conference venue at the Clark-Kerr campus of UC Berkeley.  Taxis are also available for the trip from OAK.

San Francisco International Airport (SFO) is a major domestic and international hub.  The airport BART station allows you to easily connect to Downtown Berkeley.  Taxis are available but of course more expensive than public transportation.

Mineta San Jose International Airport (SJC) is the farthest airport from the conference venue and does not provide easy connections to Berkeley.
