Meet the Family
Clay’s family is a close-knit group even though his parents, brother and grandma live in North Carolina. They’re all very excited to welcome our baby and his or her birthmother into the family.
Some of Clay’s fondest memories are of annual family vacations to Hawaii and the Outer Banks – a tradition his parents, Bill and Judy, are excited to continue with their first grandchild. They love to travel, boat, and cook.
Clay’s brother, Brad, is a graphic designer in North Carolina. He’s very excited to be a first-time uncle, and looks forward to passing on his favorite past-times: hockey, lacrosse, and soccer.
One of Clay’s most prized possessions is a quilt he helped his grandmother, Stella, design and piece together. At 86, she’s still quilting and knitting away, and can’t wait to outfit our child with knit booties.
Seth’s family lives in the Bay Area, and we have weekly get togethers with them. We are very lucky to have so many loving family members nearby, and they can’t wait to meet and welcome our birthfamily.
Seth’s dad and stepmom, Scott and Linda, recently bought a new home with several acres of land. They love babysitting their grandchildren and having everyone over to their house for big family dinners.
Seth’s sister, Sarah, and her husband, Roger, have two boys, Ryan and Casey. We babysit them about once a week, and can’t wait for them to have cousins!
We also count our friends as family, and they all can't wait to be honorary aunts and uncles. We're already fielding babysitting offers!
